She is a passionate singer, teacher of vocal practices and has been a music researcher for the last fifteen years. She has a PhD on Portuguese recording studios and is being associated to the ESC both as a music professional (with Adelaide Ferreira in 1985, among others) and as a researcher after joining the Eurovisions project in 2020.
